Favre basically took us to 13-3 throwing the 1-step-drop quick slant to Driver 700 times in '07. It's impossible to get sacked on that play and Driver sure as fuck knows how to run the route.

Rodgers needs more hot reads, going through the progressions is failure.

Either that, or tons of roll-out passes where he has the opportunity to run - he's safer on his feet in the open field than in the sham of a "pocket" GB currently creates.

Yeah. This isn't the 07' Packers though. They're still looking like scrubs on the O-line, though I do think Rodgers is getting a lot of those sacks due to his own lack of time management skills on the check downs.

Thing is, a higher quality O-line would let Grant do more work and take some pressure off the pass game as well. That's more of an issue than the sacks imo.

They've got a great QB, but they have a hell of a RB that should be their real focus for the offense. Grant is no AP, but that's been the key to MIN's offense, the same offense the packers run. Bleed them with the run, kill them with the pass.

AD is great, but any back the Vikings put in gets like 7 yards a carry.
