In this case I doubt it would take much effort to see that an a player repeatedly triggered mines to kill members of his faction at the auction house. This is basically griefing, and if they actually let that slide, then wow.

In this case I doubt it would take much effort to see that a player has been trading ap with members of the other faction in order to artificially increase his rank. This is basically cheating, and if they actually let that slide, then wow.

See where I'm going with this? NCsoft doesn't give a shit about most things that go on in game that break ToS. The only thing I mentioned there that actually saw some kind of action was AP trading, and they punished with a slap on the wrist (those that ap trade on my server at least got smarter about it afterward and continued).

I'd be shocked if they actually did anything about those that took advantage of their lack of foresight.
