they weren't bad, Jesse Lacey is just a huge douche.

of course they played A LOT of older stuff at the show I went too (including Seventy times 7, and Mix Tape <3)

At the show I went to they played a short set (no encore) and it was all from The Devil and God. Even though I like the album, it was pretty disappointing to say the least.


Also, Opeth is absoultely amazing live.

Moneen w/Say Anything

where'd you see them? i saw moneen with say anything, eisley and moving mountains recently and it was a fucking awesome show, especially moneen's set. SO much energy. i don't even like say anything but they were pretty great as well.

Ozzy at Blizzcon09. It was shorter and a different venue, but it had energy like crazy and the gamers surprised the fuck out of ozzy who thought we were all going to be classic tv nerds.

I've heard the same. Their live DVD is pretty great and my brother saw them at the Hard Rock and said it was one of the best things he's ever seeeeen.

NIN - Downward Spiral Tour, 1994, MSG. Marilyn Manson and Jim Rose Circus opened. Still best concert I've been to.

Metallica 1998, Giants Stadium, Jerry Cantrell opened. Also good. Fireworks show during last parts of the set including "One", epic.

Rolling Stones, dont remember the year, Voodoo Lounge tour at RFK stadium I think in Washington. (was it RFK back then?) Counting Crows opened, meh. Stones were great though. Lots of random inflatable shit. First concert I went to.

Warped Tour 1999, Asbury Park. Eminem (back when he was hilarious and less of a douche), Kid Rock, Sevendust, Green Day, The Living End, Blink182, Buck o nine, god who else played. Great series. The Living End was the highlight of the show, bass player is a monster.

Bouncing Souls - Trocadero 1998. Great punk show, awesome venue.

Korn put on a good show too in 200...1? Meadowlands. Staind opened, had some animation show inbetween (hilarious). Korns stage presence is pretty dynamic. During Korns intermission Staind covered "Need To" during, was great.

Hate concerts now, havent been to one in a while. Last one I went to was a DMB show, I hate their music and im convinced the only reason anyone likes going to their shows is as an excuse to get drunk and high as shit.
