I just got a Sony CDX-GT540UI CD player, and it has a USB port on the front. How ever, when we plug in my wife's Zune to it, it says "USB not supported" on the CD deck. Is there any way to get it to work with it, or are we just screwed?

The Zune is not designed to allow plain old file browsing on the hard drive in it. It doesn't look like Sony has actual support for any player except (some) iPods.
If you want to play audio from the Zune on it, use the front Aux-in jack.
I would assume you can also use a regular USB key or whatnot from the USB jack - I use them on my Kenwood. Easy and cheap. May want to double check with one you already have laying around.
We went back in and tried out the Zune on all the decks in Best Buy, and none of them worked, so we just got a aux cable and are running it off of that. Still sounds fine, but you lose the functionality of the USB cable. Oh well, at least it works.
