It's legit as far as I can see. I got one in reply to a bug report a while back.

It could be fake, when I befriended someone though POL and not XI it went with my profile name (Which isn't Corrderio) on the sender name

Don't worry, its just something more useless than RMT spam, its a message from GM Baccanale. :O Seriously, I always just get the "looking into it" thing from him, never any real help. Hell, even reporting mining bots the lazy ass told me to report it on POL to the STF(u), instead of banning or reporting it himself.

He also never told me why monsters always enfeeble me over even the tank most of the time with non-damaging enfeebles, even when I'm barely on the hate list. At least another GM gave an amusing answer. >
