There aren't any within like 20 miles of my area ;/
Yeah, I rape children all day. Can't let you find out or you might not let me mow your lawn.
My problem is that these lists absolutely stop anyone from ever "going legit" precisely because of knee-jerk reactions like yours. What's the point of releasing them at all if only to throw them into a world where their only recourse is to COMMIT MORE CRIMES because that's the ONLY way to improve their life?
The Sex Offender registry is immoral and unconstitutional. I'd rather we just killed them instead of keeping up this charade.
151 people on the list in the area I live in, lol.
Holy shit one of the guys on here used to work at the local Park and Rec. Wonder what he was staring during baseball games
The 15 year old gets on the list too depending how it gets reported.
edit: the real irony is that most states now have romeo and juliet laws that allow a 4 year gap in the ages of teenagers having consensual sex and sodomy is a constitutionally protected right and yet their names are still on the sex offender registry since you can't get removed from them.
Shit gets really fun when the teens grow up and they can't take their own children to school or the pool because they are a sex offender or they have to live in sex predator communities in the woods because of ignant people like Omni prevent them from being able to live in regular neighborhoods.
Well, why is it required for sexual offenders to have their address and personal info disclosed to the public? So the public can be aware of an individual, or so that the public can further punish that individual.
If I had a kid, I would not allow someone to work with or on my property. It really is sad that some people are registered at 19 to 20 years old with sexual conduct with a minor, however, on that website, the degree to which they are charged for a sexual offense is disclosed.
Regardless of age, if someone sleeps with someone below 18, are they a sex offender? I certainly think so. However, I'm still unsure if they should be lumped with someone that assaulted someone sexually. Either way, the law is there to protect younger people from being taken advantage of sexually, which does happen. Like alcohol consumption at 21, 18 years old is just a way of eliminating the 'grey' area between legal and illegal conduct.
Either way, when you're 18, avoid traps! I really think it's relatively easy to tell the age of most chicks.. not only by their looks, but their personality. There is one exception however, I saw my niece watching Icarly the other day.. THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY THAT CHICK IS ONLY 15!
except you know, the age of consent varies from state to state.
Nice try though.
Also lets see how much pussy you get asking for an ID before you pork a girl at a 18 or 21 and older party.
So?
Lots of pussy.. or jail.
Most famous sex offender I know.

Edit: Take my statement back because it was a dick comment.
No one within 10 miles of me lol.
I do remember watching the news and someone got jailed for pedophialia for something like that
All he did was take pictures of his children having fun in the bath as a souvenir, and he got sued for Pedophilia.
Why does america need to sue anyone for anything?
I think you have that story mixed up. The people accused of pedophilia claim their lives' ruined because of the charge. They are suing Wal-Mart and the state, I believe.
If you are referring to another story, sorry, but it was really similar to this news story that has been going around for a while now.
Know someone who works at Wal-mart in the photo department. He said they aren't allowed to even print pictures of childern playing in the bath or anything of that nature anymore. Some managers even will make them call the police if they see anything like that...
