I think this is the best I could come up with, and it would still fall short by replacing Fettle with Veloci and Wyvern Targe with Januwiah (same haste, but Januwiyah has the extra 5 HP). Did I overlook something by chance?

Hey what about someone with a melee relic whm as main job, like Izzy. I could see some who's "career" job option could use it and not V. belt doing the trade depending how much they used each job.
