That's 3 augments. Stats often come in triplets, i.e.:

STR+/-x DEX+/-y AGI+/-z
INT+/-x MND+/-y CHR+/-z

yeah, I know but it was the only one I could find, so I used it. If it was maybe +3 or +4 I wouldn't have used it. +2 seems possible. IIRC I got that image off of here.
