He has Mandau and Varja also. Old time Cerberus THF. Was first on server with Mandau. Just bought the ridill, which normally I'd laugh at, but it's not like he really has anything else to spend it on. The Machisimo is nuts though, he doesn't even have a need for X's now. And not to mention he still has a 3rd slot he can etch.

For a THF the 3rd slot is basically optional though as it is magic related (open triangle augments) only.

I guess you could throw some Wind Ninjutsu: Enmity+ in that slot if you want hate every time you use Utsusemi lol.

Looks like it's shaping up to be att+20, +6 triple attack cap for Machismo though.

Clearly we just need each NQ and HQ staff recipe to let you create other weapon types instead. GoGo Aquilo's Degen, Apollo's Club, Neptune's Mace, Jupiter's Harpe/Scythe, Pluto's Zaghnal, Vulcan's Kukri/Voulge, and Terra's Espadon/Sai?

(He does have Mandau also, hence the STR gear he is wearing.) Rings were augmented with CHR on one, Evasion on the other.

But that dagger....damn.

that's pretty nice dagger, but I think X's is better. A Straight 10% increase in damage when you use SA or TA is pretty damn significant.

My BLU would gladly take the +15 MP one - although if you're not an MP using melee, that means nothing to you. I've got a HP+14/MP-14, a couple +1 stat/-2 other stats, and about a dozen or two elemental resists that I've NPCed. I'm still using my very first augmented WW Belt, which was simply +2 AGI.

That is absolutely sick, that Machismo. Makes even my thief jealous (5/5hq heca, x's/blau/ridill, 5/5 homam, 4/5 skadi, etc). No vajra ; ; (can't get an einherjar shell for the life of me). Machismo is a bitch to max out, seriously. SE and this stupid system. To get +20 attack and +6t.a. would take forever. It literally took me 2 long days of camping for one of the NM's to pop, and I got +12 attack.

+20 has gotta be the cap. And +6. I can't imagine it being more than that, though I suppose I still kinda want verification of the evolith size. Can we get any verification from people in this thread that both of those were size 8's?

It's not easily clear that this is the best Mandau offhand. X's is great, too, and applies to normal crits and free SA/TA's. This on the other hand, seems stronger than X's for WS though. X's only applies to the first hit of Mercy. Mercy on average w/ merits/brutal is 2.48 hits. This could change it to 2.72hits avg and give up to +20 attack for all of that. And X's is great, but many a thief will protest that Blau is an even better Mandau offhand anyway. Some serious math needs to be done on this (parsing hasn't really worked out).
