I think all those pics are Cherria on Cerberus. I was checking Cherria the other day and he had all those items augmented. Cherria is one of the richest people this game has ever seen, I'm sure thats not a big deal. (had all crafts at 100 back in 04 and capped gil on atleast one account)

Flame Ring with +4 Acc
Sonicbelt +1 with +1 Dex, -1 Agi, -1 Chr
Triumph Earring with +1dex +1 Int and -5MP.

Needless to say, I came.

The hierarch belt is pretty nice for whm imo and the errant cape didn't turn out too bad.. could have been worse.

It was pretty common around the time of the inflation.

On Hades alone Kalistia had a mule with capped gil at one point, Buchihuchi had multiple mules with capped gil. Darksaiko did... Quite a few people. There are still JPs floating around with capped mules.
