Ive done that fucking ACP7 key run so many times and the closest to this ive gotten is the Subtle Blow >.>

The cape is good. WHile it is similar to stephano's retarded commment it's not exactly the same thing since in order for stephano's comment to be the same the acc+8 coerul gorget would have to be somewhere around lv 10 to equip.
Of course if one has a cuchu mantle they'll wear it when high lv enough.

It's great, too bad fstr cap earlier than other jobs. It's a good combo with pizza on MMJ typically and non elvaan at bird prolly.

Seems better than senju vs anything you can augment your dex rate with.
effectively it gives you a 1 dmg at the loss of 1% crit while gaining 1 acc.
If you're at the point where 1 dex=1% crit that is.
