WOW, I have been thinking since my high school years about how we are possibly as small as some one celled organism compared to our universe. I seriously asked the teacher in 10th grade what if we was just a part of a cell or atom that made up some other bigass life form. He told me I was disrupting the class and almost gave me detention.
