So is the open beta starting Jan 7th and is that open to NAs ? Dont really know much about this game but I'm sold seeing the skanky characters

I'd say very unlikely. I believe the recent Korean games have required KSSN id numbers to even register, and sometimes the block foreign ips. That's not to say it is impossible, but definitely takes some work.

If you know how to work the system, you can get around all of that, I don't know if you will need a proxy or not, but getting a hangame account takes some time/cheating unless a native resident of Korea. Couldn't hurt to visit the NA site and make an account though, then sign up for the FGT/beta list. Throw your chances in that way.

K retail not coming out til March~. There's no way for Q1 NA release. At the very earliest, end of Q2. I would expect anywhere from 3-4+ months from K to NA retail releases.

Fine w/me, the more polished it is, the better. Sounds like they are rly putting their time into it and not rushing it out the door like some other mmo that shall not be named

Korean release in March? source if I may ask? With open beta in Jan, why would they wait months after that for release?

good point, OB's are never longer then a week or two, then comes retail very shortly after. I tried to find any info on retail and I can't. Looks like first time thread poster is trolling

Bad ass trailer. The game is still in beta and it already looks more stable, unique and solid than XIV. Definitely going to be switching over with the rest of my LS.
