I guess me playing a taru in FFXI won't help.

Also, how do mounts work in this game? I have seen most of you that play K-TERA here and post shots on a horse mount.

There's only horses so far. The white horse I have was for buying a 90 pass before service for the game began (I bought the plan during the open beta period). Brown is the normal horse color. White horses with red decorations are for "Lords."

I don't know that much about the Lord system, I should try to find a site that describes it better... it seems the entire guild of the Lord gets the special horses.

Been snooping around the interwebs quite quickly, game seems rather interesting to say the least and some site had the release date listed for the 5th may which is obviously not true after reading this thread.
Any approximation of when the international version will come out for realz?
Or I'm just completely out of the tracks and it's already released.

^It's supposed to get a "summer release" in Japan, with CB/OB following for NA/EU shortly after. Best guess/strongest rumor for NA/EU release is Sept.

You get a horse for a quest at lvl 20, you can mount and dismount without almost any cooldown. Right now at 40 you can buy a little faster horse or if your guild has a lord in it you can get the nifty one Maacha posted

I see. Are mounts similar to other games where if you get agro/get attacked you dismount? And can't get on again until you're out of "combat"?

If you get attacked yes, but if you're just running through mobs non of them can react and attack you fast enough. Also to add to "the lord" horses, any1 that joins a lord guild will get the horse for free, even at lv1!

Yeah, you'll jump once you hit 50 too. Korean Lab/Lair set offered us pearl and was just waiting on them. I retract all time in Flawless. If that's a guild, I think every non-Aion guild has nothing to worry about.

lol only giving you shit coz you said you liked this guild when you invited me, I couldn't careless about how fast/slow they raid, the loots going to be worthless in a few months anyway, along with me not even being on the same server as most(if not all) of these people anyway

They're PK fanatics, that aren't great at PKing. Holy shit, Emo and Glox got some stories. I kinda wanna roll PK servers just to run lip but I think we're leaning more towards a PVE server. Also, I love the shell, but ever try making something work with a 14 year old leader who openly admits he's got an e-girl issue? That's all it took. At least Koreans are hard to understand when they mad.
