Bah, guess there's no way to update information on your Beta app? Was thinking about it recently because when I applied I only had an old Nvidia 7600 GS. I had been thinking about upgrading, but it died a few months ago so I was forced to upgrade and splurged a bit. Bought an Nvidia 450 GTS which is a huge upgrade for me. I went from a card that most likely couldn't even play TERA, to a card that will play it. Not that the Beta app was specific in which card you had.. would like to change it.

I'd hate to have it affect getting into the betas. =/

That's crazy, does any other MMO have that option? I haven't heard of anything besides server transferring.

Perfect World has Makeover Scrolls you can buy through their cash-shop which lets you change your character's looks, but not race or name (not sure on sex, but i assume no). It's not a new concept, but it's something nice to have available.

World of Warcraft started with a name change service, then gender change service, then a race change service, and has now evolved into a full blown faction/race/gender/appearance/name/etc service. I think it's an excellent option and is probably a great source of revenue for a company.

There will always be more people willing to use it or not complain about it than those that would complain. Its a no-lose situation for any company with a strong enough product to garner a demand (or addiction) for their product.

TERA 51-58 is probably the most beautiful thing in a game period. The new style instances, to the 3-man BAMs. All the standards, basics, full customizations, and all that jazz from every other game finally implemented. I'm so glad I'm subbed to this shit.. Hot DAMN!

Well the biggest problem is he has a maestro card, which EME probably won't accept, and SOME European stores (blizzard store, namely) don't work with my bank so I have to go through third parties to get stuff. The card I use is a visa but still gets some issues. BUT hopefully we won't have a big problem with it like we did with blizzard. I guess they've just left a bitter taste in my mouth...

Try virtual credit cards. You can load a virtual card using your maestro and then use that to pay for services based in America. I think the site is called entropay?
