300 shell 290 speed mount in the Aman headquarters. Dunno how to go about getting it though, so I can't be 100% sure on anything. :333

It's actually 250 shells! Those are the new Battleground tokens. Luckily though the NPC right next to him offers to exchange the old ones for the new at a 1:1 ratio.
The mount is the Skewbald horse we see some people running around with, but in the description it says something about being in the top 30. I know they introduced a PVP ranking system this update (and afaik it's not fully implemented yet),
so I hope that's not a requirement.

I haven't really looked into this and if it's been posted here, oh well. For those playing, how does lancer/warrior compare tanking wise; is one the sure class and the other neglected, ie: which is predominately better?

Haven't played warrior but lancer is crazy fun. I was very skeptical about it and even disliked it when I gave the class a half hearted try. However, once I gave it a real go: dang, its super fun. You are all up in the grill of huge, mean mobs a lot of the time. Timing on shied block is key and makes tanking engaging.

I've heard they're good, but I wasn't super impressed with the class when I tried it out at the time. I didn't give it much of a chance though to be honest, didn't even get off noobie island.

So, forgive me for not following this thread from start to now. I've seen them suggest that there would be joypad support, and i'm curious as to if that would be the preferred way to play since this is so action oriented or if keyboard+mouse is still the way to go.

I can't speak for running instances, but for me I had much more fun using a controller (360 wired) for solo leveling on my Lancer and on my Hunter. It just felt like a good match to the gameplay.

Either works pretty well. Better than the way they both work in XI, if that means anything to you.
