There is half of 1 side of a continent available ATM, with the level cap being 38, with about 5 required raids in between. Some quest raids and solo raids also available. Everything marked by !>?>*, just like in Aion so it's really easy to advance in quests.
Also like Aion, transportation is a breeze. From the Pegasus Express, which flies you long distances through portals, to your first mount at 20, which you're free to use it absolutely anywhere outside of water and in raids. There are also town to camp warps(absolutely every<- camp) for a tiny free of just a few hundred gold. I'm running on about 300k with easily 300k spent on mounts and skills so far. Very easy to attain gold and just as easy to travel. Also, movement speed buffs, swimming, jumping, and climbing availible from the get go.
Gear works like it does in Aion(white>green>blue>etc). Unlike FFXI(I use FFXI as an example because that game still runs laps on FFXIV) where gear is completely situational, you won't be carrying around multiple sets and you can enhance gear from the get go, using enhancement stones. There will be PVP gear only attainable through PVP when that comes out in retail, but for now, it's gear acquired through raids and world bosses.
Mob colors are black>grey>white>orange>red, with red being the most difficult based on level gap. White is your range(2 levels lowers, up to 1 level higher) and probably the fastest grind solo, seeing as how you can pull multiple mobs NP in this game. Distance and level, along with colors, all displayed while targeting the mob.
No gear damage, no worthless weapon damage, just weakness(deduction or addition to max HP/MP) over time, which is 100% playable with 0% heart. You start at 120%, something along the lines of a 25%~ HP/MP bonus and can end as low as 0, which is about a 25%~ HP/MP deduction. To heal the %, you just go to any camp, average, 2-3 per map, seen about 20 so far, in just 1 region. Does not deplete fast unless you're terrible or a tank. Also, portable camp fires available, I have around 20 ATM(easy to attain/buy) and have never used 1. Maybe used it 5-6 times in my set total.
The only thing that people who can't speak Korean might have a problem understanding is how to use your advanced skill, which you get at 25+. It basically works like merits on skills you have already, raising damage, reducing recast, etc, while improving the initial potency of your previous spell just for having it.
