Except for the part where it has nothing to do with holding in bodily fluids and everything to do with excess water throwing your body chemistry out of whack enough to make you die? I know about it because of some complications that arose with my school's football team in high school, but the fact that simply drinking too much water can kill you is not exactly common knowledge -- let alone exactly how much is too much, which I assume would vary from person to person based on your body. Add to that the fact that they claimed to have trained medical staff on the show that were ensuring there would be no serious negative health effects.

Also, as other people have pointed out, she already has kids. Darwinism didn't prevent her from passing on a set of arguably defective genes because that work was already done. You're fucking dumb.
