Fuck that man, I'll eat that fudge brownie ice cream cake.
Fuck that man, I'll eat that fudge brownie ice cream cake.
thats cool, i got my banana son, POETASSEUMMZ
idc really lol. its enough to fill me up with the other meals i have lined up throughout the day, and office parties arent just about food anyways.
...its about texting your gf to show you titty pics
unless you're single. than you can just procrastinate in your own way. mine being, act like a clown and have fun with your co workers
Atre said it best, but yeah. I still eat things I enjoy, I just eat less of it.Yeah. I have no idea why they're so hard on themselves. Eat it, enjoy it, and move on. Don't really need to have to be "careful" for the rest of the week or "workout more" to make up for it. ESPECIALLY if people usually eat well (without being strict) most of the time.
Plus I'd eaten pretty shitty all throughout the day on Sunday. I don't think I'm quite as good about it as someone like, say, Atre or Richardd, but I've definitely cut back on a lot of stuff.
Funny thing? I don't really have the same appetite/taste for it anymore either.
Though there is one pizza place I will never give up. Ever.
I cannot even begin to describe how much I love just plain pasta, with nothing but olive oil and garlic. Probably one of my favorite things ever.
speaking of carbs, my gf made something called dorayaki today and man was it yummy and carby. this one's for u superman that's a 18 incher

hell yeah man, i feel you on that. there was an organic pizza place around here that did pretty well for a bit lol. other than that, i havent had pizza in forever, lol. i wish i could say i miss it, but like you said, i hardly remember the taste. my tastebuds crave anything that was once a living breathing animal haha. i love to sink my teeth into lamb chops/chicken breasts/turkey and steaks. but i have a soft spot for mushrooms, gawd. i love it. no matter what you cook with it, they soak in all the flavor and are bursting with vitamins. how can you compare fast food with that? the whole reason i got the foreman was to make those things on my busy schedule .
and foremans are great man. this is an older model of the one thats available now. i really dont know why they have a bad rep

the one i have now is better, and got it for like 60 bucks at walmart. i make steaks better than these in about 5 min, and it taste like something from outback lol. but orz@ this guy's seasonings. skip that part. he has no art in him
@ meat
ill be superman, you can be batman since you latino anyways. good fucking job man. i need to get on your lvl
I eat the fuck out of candy and basically anything that is bad for me. Until they make fruit more filling (I fucking love it but it's expensive and if one person so much as mentions the word organic in this thread I will mail a fertilizer bomb to their mailbox), salad taste good without italian dressing, and burn down every whole foods in the world and build "sensible food for people who aren't pretentious hippie fuck bags" in their places I'd just as rather continue eating what tastes good.
I should learn to cook though. Would make my life easier.
I hate Whole Foods, honestly. Overpriced piece of shit.
I love Trader Joe's. Mainly because stuff's so ridiculously cheap. And they have off the wall stuff that is not bad for you.
What's this about carbing up once a week, though? Haven't read much on it that didn't make my head spin.
And yeah Sath: Learn to cook man. Though I have no idea how busy your schedule is, and food prep can take longer than people think. So I can't really fault many people on a hectic schedule for eating out a lot.
dammit jan, i hate you and love you at the same time. it feels great to have someone to compete with on here though lol. you weigh less and put on more inches and weight than i do! my form is good and all, but i have to step it up some and challenge myself lol. i love it. you're motivating me to do better lol. ill catch up to you son!!
yeah, farmers markets are ftw. but whole foods have some random good neighborhood sales once in awhile lol
and if im going go buy something in bulk, like blackberries or walnuts, i like sam's clubs/or BJ's
and carbing is EXTREMELY important for muscle gain. think of it like a car refilling its gas before going on a road trip. you need those in your system to not only maximize your performance but to feed it energy to grow and repair itself at a much faster rate
What is this trader joe business? Never seen one.
I know there was a Trader Joe's in Boston when I lived there. >_> So I assume there must be some TJ's around.
When I move to Seattle, I'll be looking into joining a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Usually really good vegetables, at a decent price, and directly from community farmers. Nothing better than that.
Boston haymarket is the shit for buying veggies, used to go every weekend to restock for my cousin restaurant.
See, my biggest problem is that I hate hippies. Hate, really, isn't a strong enough term, but really there aren't enough adjectives in all the languages in the world to put together to describe my disdain for hippies. Should I ever rise to power, every hippie in the world will be skinned alive and dropped into those large piles of salt that they take from salt mines.
I. Hate. Hippies.
Now, why is this a problem? In a large city, 99% of every person having anything to do with this agriculture, health food, whatever, stuff is what? That's right, a dirty fucking worthless hippie. Therefore, in order to prolong my life I have to, in effect, take steps that will directly shorten it by giving myself a hypertensive fucking crisis like the one I'm getting now as I think about them.
Thus, my dilemma. I remain open to suggestions.
buy sushi off the trunk of a person's car
no really idk lol. i can tolerate just about anyone, but i wouldnt go out of my way to buy foods unless im saving around 40% or more on my expenses. aka. meat markets and whatnot. i really wouldnt know what to suggest. cant you do online grocery shopping or something? like publix has? i heard they deliver it right to your door
