    i've met some older adults that has had success with pro hormones and take it at a responsible level with the necessary precautions (liver supplements, stopping every 2-3 months etc). but these are guys in their late 30's. they dont have much to lose WHEN doing it like that. other people just overdose and are too obsessed with the results to give it a bad name when their liver starts shitting out, acting like an ass from the hormones themselves or just plain getting injured.



    with that said. i wouldnt fuck around with them. i know the risks, and its too much for me to bare, especially since i want kids in the future. and im only 23. i REALLY dont need that shit right now until i get older want to maintain all the muscle mass i have left

    For me, it would be a quality-of-life question, not a performance issue. If the HGH weren't so expensive, I'd probably continue with it, at least until I had a good reason not to, like some new evidence that it makes you grow extra ears. (The side effects of HGH are reportedly mild—one is fluid retention.) If nothing else, it helped my eyesight, and I had more energy. Lately, I've been reading studies about how endurance athletes suffer from low testosterone, which leads to early signs of osteoporosis, so I'm going to continue to monitor my levels and, if they drop too far, consider boosting them with the cream.

    With the EPO, even if somebody gave it away, I wouldn't go down that road. Using it is too much of a literal and figurative headache, and if you get sloppy there's always the danger of nasty results. And I would never touch steroids again, unless I had some specific medical need. It's all just too powerful, too strange, and it's hard to read a list of the side effects and not feel like you're playing Russian roulette.
    I found the info on the HGH most interesting because before reading the article there was no difference between it and steroids in my mind. But yeah, I wouldn't mess with any of that stuff unless I had health problems.

    i try to avoid those articles lol

    its like those slides they show in elementary school about the effects of weed if you smoke it. it does absolutely nothing but make me want to get high even more, after seeing it from the slides perspective.

    most of those articles are sensationalist bullshit. there's absolutely nothing wrong at all with steroids. i can point to the obvious there's more chewable vitamin reported deaths then steroid .

    Personally I wouldn't take roids if I was offered, I much prefer reaching weight goals on my own accord - it feels that much better.

    there's a natural limit, and it's surprisingly very low. It's nearly impossible to be well defined at\over 200lbs. think like height, joint size and myostatin really aim to limit your gains.

    As for your own accord, no steriod is going to build muscle for you, not without proper diet, training and rest, same as any other.

    The part about him gaining 12 lbs of muscle without lifting a weight from the steroids was and is a blatant lie. how much muscle did you put on when you hit 13, that's all steroids are. a major boost in testosterone, ala puberty.

    my old man takes testosterone in slight amounts just to balance the drop as you age.

    EXACTLY. thats what makes it so hard to avoid the temptation. people are idiots when handling something powerful. its not as bad as giving a gun to 11 year old and telling him not to shoot the soda cans outside. irresponsible people just give it a bad name like i said before. i've met guys who take it on a consistent basis, with rest periods and other precautions and are in PERFECT health after doing it for years and years. these guy's forms are great, and their performance is nothing short of spectacular. he told me the only bad thing about the hormones is that sometimes his dick will get soft out of nowhere in the middle of sex, but he counters that with viagra and says its perfectly fine now. i really dont see the risk if you're responsible with it. but man.. we're still young. we dont stop growing until 25'ish, right?

    i love their teriyaki flavors lol

    and im watching the bigger stronger faster documentary now, and this looks more like its trying too hard to entertain you and derail rather than sticking with the main issues with hardly any concrete evidence lol. im halfway through now, but i still think, (IF YOU'RE OLD ENOUGH, and NEED the hormones) as long as you take it responsibly with the precautions, you'll be fine lol

    i'm not gonna lie. i'm at that point where i feel like i cant get any more progression as far as size goes without some miracle supplements or hormones. i know it takes years, but its hard to take in. everything was going so fast and so steady. i lifted HEAVY for 2 months with pre/post-workout supplements. im almost at 17 inches on my arms and when i measured today, im still only at 16 3/4. its vexing, and not only that. but i went on the scale and i DROPPED 7 lbs. i've been eating like i was when i was a fatass, but with healthy organic foods. im eating fucking over 3k cals a day. i buy a can of peanut butter every week and 5 dozen eggs with misc meats, and i DROPPED lbs. lol.

    im at a point where i guess i'm happy where i am. but im not that big lol. its frustrating to be stereotyped as a small/skinny guy in a gym full of people who dont know me on a personal lvl. im glad i got some good friends who dont judge me and help me regardless. but man.... like i said before. i'd be lying if i told you that i didnt think once or twice about taking it.

    but.. im happy lol. i fit in with society. if ppl want to think of me as a "weakling" or skinnyboy or whatever, than who cares? my standards are my own lol

    How the hell are you being stereotyped as small/skinny? You step into any gym I've ever been in and you would be at the higher end. Think you are a "victim" of wherever the hell you are living atm.

    You have a good look going right now anyways, idk why you would even want to get bigger. Stronger? Yea sure we all do, but you have a nice balance going right now.

    I feel like I'm listening to an anorexic girl talk about how shes not skinny enough when in reality she weighs 90lbs and is super skinny.
