----For breakfast, I eat frosted flakes or whatever cereal brand (Corn Flakes, throwing it out there) is in the house and eat fruit such as apples,oranges,bananas, etc.
For lunch, cup of noodles,rice, veggies, chicken, beef (not in all one setting. Once more whatever is in the house)
For dinner, usually whatever my parents cook (tacos,burritos,nachos, fajitas, chili, pork wellington, roast, steak, anything that's in the house that can be cooked)
Very rarely, do I eat fast food. I tend to drink soda at least 3-4 times a week and I drinking plenty of water (12 8oz glasses a day).
