just out of curiosity, those low intensity empty stomach cardio workouts can be done anytime throughout the day as long as you're consistently putting in the right vitamins/fibers/protein in your body? you can lose straight fat from any workouts that's under 120 bpm?
yah, that's probably the safest way to lose fat imo. they sometimes can raise cortisol levels, obviously not for everyone. but for if u have an hr(no longer) and can do an easy walk(3-3.5mph) you'll go st8 for da fat.

Yeah. low level aerobic workouts can be done anytime... walking around the neighborhood, hiking, biking, swimming, yoga, tennis, ultimate frisbee, gardening, just having fun...
Wouldn't most all workouts raise cortisol levels just a bit?

Empty stomach probably takes 3-5 hours at least? I know some people who eat breakfast and then workout in the afternoon, and then eat after.

@Atrei- that is interesting. I'm wondering what he means when says 'cardio' though? HIIT/sprinting? Low level aerobic? Or constant high level? As, the first one doesn't tap into ATP & glycogen for too long of a period, and the second one doesn't stress your body enough to deplete your glycogen stores as much as constant high level cardio. Thanks though... Perhaps I should go back to trying out eating in the morning and see how that goes. Just need to find that motivation.

it just sucks... I've basically plateaued @ 118-119 for 3-5 months now. This proves harder when my period is about to come (yay for water retention). However, I just can't seem to get over that hump to get to 114-115 (for my apparent goal body fat %). So, what to do? Been eating around 1600-2000 calories (cycling calories). Up cardio as it's the easiest way to burn more calories? Or just be happy at this weight...but I'm not happy at this body fat %

I guess I haven't taken a complete week off in a month and a half or so now...
I do feel like I'm gorging all the time. I feel like I'm eating at maintenance... Guess I could up my calories for a week and go back to cutting?
