Bottled water has chemicals in it too because of the plastic. Get a Brita, noob.

Lol, write what i just wrote and take it to any nutrionist or trainer at your local gym. Theylll say im spot on. Any grill or oven will work. The rocket grill is just very low maintenance and if you think eating twenkies is going to get you where you'd like to go fitness wise, you sir are fucked. I didn't tell him how much protein to eat, I simply gave him an example of a routine.
I have a few clients who struggle to keep their weight up because they are heavy runners and cyclers. They dangle between 1-5%, mostly guys. These guy's arent 100LBs either. They are anywhere from 160-190 LBs. Once they get too low on body fat it starts to burn their muscle, which IS BAD because they don't want to lose definition. stfu lol
I'm not saying this is a good thing or encouraging it. 3-5% is normally what serious clients "dream" of from a fitness perspective. that doesnt mean they are 90's LBs. You can be very lean in body fat and be healthy and not be underweight. It's called muscle. You are a serious dumbass if you think it's anyway impossible. Do you know how many people are into body building and strength training?
GTFO
lets have some fun, you post a pic of yourself and I'll post one of myself and we'll see who looks like they know what they're talking about.
did lovex try to sell me a rocket grill just now? haha jk but seriously my goal is to try to lose the body fat and not try to get bulky and nasty. I'm doing more reps on each set when lifting so i don't get to bulky. so my guess is to just stay below my TDEE even when lifting. and to answer your question i used a BMR & TDEE calculator off the internet; how accurate are they? I'm not sure but i used a couple different ones and i just sum them up to the average Calorie/day.
It looks like most of the people in our gym that are trainers know what they are talking about but usually they just get you to go through the same ole safe routine.
I haven't worked out in so long, it is just crazy how you can tell who is on roids and who is not when you go into a gym. Kind of sad
Getting up to 240 by the end of this week. It is crazy how bad my form is on most of my lifts, I hate being tall sometimes. I AM LOOKING AT YOU SQUATS AND BENCH
that's exactly the point, half of being a personal trainer is giving out wildly incorrect or half-right information, the other half is LOOKING like you know what you talk about
yeah, hard to find a good PT in gyms.... so sad.
@Kuwait, I think it's pretty hard to get "bulky" unless you are really trying (eating extremely strict + strict workout regimen)
Yea, getting bulky doesnt just happen by accident lol. If only it were that easy to get bigger.
I dropped a weight on my foot for the first time, so glad I didn't break anything. Just a huge ass bruise right at the top of my foot, I still have no idea how it happened. The weight like disappeared when I went to look for whatever fell on me, some trippy shit.
ugh I hate that too, especially when the weight hits a bone or something and you are just out of commission for 10 minutes from a little 5 lbs piece of shit lol
and of course dropping weights is loud enough that someone turns around to look, and see your shame
Ok, so I'm done with my 34 day vacation. I managed to finally match my previous-high bench of 245 from last August, but now I'm 194 lbs, 16% bodyfat.

Today, the cut begins. Got my meat and veggies, and my, um, water. Hooray. Goal is 180 lbs...sadly I doubt I'll be able to get down to 10% bodyfat so I'm going to lose a bit of muscle in the process
Benching 150% of my body weight by the end of the year is going to be really fucking tough.
I was wondering if you were still doing that. I'm right around 125% of my BW on 1RM, I think that last 25% is gunna be tough as shit though. I'm going for it, we'll see how it turns out. Not doing the bench for a couple months over the summer was a regrettable decision. Dips did not suffice.
Lookin good man!
God I've missed eating, bulking is a lot of fun after being on a diet for months. This time around I'm going heavier on starchy carbs and it's making an enormous difference in my energy level.
Btw ice cream has really amazing macronutrient rations... 17g fat 30g carbs 5g protein, so I'm having plenty of that lol
edit: Haagen Dazs Midnight Cookies & Cream is fucking amazing btw
i find it harder to bulk than cut, the carbs fill me up and it becomes a chore to stuff myself.
yea seriously, I almost died eating dinner, especially towards the end when I was basically just cramming yams down my gullet.
But it's all worth it to be able to go to Five Guys once a week or so lol. Anyone ever been to Smashburger? I'm supposed to go this weekend
Ok, I want to start living healthier and losing this belly I got. Oh bg gurus, where do I start?!
eat less calories than you consume in a day, and start walking/jogging/swimming/etc
What's a good way to estimate how many calories I use in a day?
calculators can give u a decent starting point using weight\height\age.
