Muscle Build, I do weighted dips with 100 lbs to start hanging off me, but as of recently I cannot do them very often because the weight on my hands sends a burning pain around my palm area through my pinkie
I Think it was this thread that posted this video for this triceps exercise. I'm quite fond of it. Remember that the bar comes above and past the head, not to the forehead like a skullcrusher.
For upper chest, incline presses or incline cable flys. For the flys, do it with one arm tho and bring the arm in front of the other side's shoulder when you adduct your arm. You'll get a more bigger contraction of the pec muscle that way.
I offered this kid who works at my Best Buy a free "buddy-up" gym session where I would show him the in and outs of basic gym workouts and good stuff while there solo for every muscle. I've done this with 10-15 other people and none of them have actually taken me up on the offer because they are couch potatoes. This kid actually said yes and continued to hit me up and we are going in 30 minutes. Stay tuned for this weeks episode of; True Life: I want to go from being a string bean to a body builder.
Kid quit after 3 workouts, couldn't lift anything more (Even though I was doing double what he was), he almost flaked out after the 2nd workout but I pushed him into the 3rd workout. WHAT A BITCH
Beta as fuck
Nothing made me happier when he looked up after 5 sets of our first workout; sweat pouring down his innocent puppy dog face and he says: "Man, are we almost done, my arms are dead, this is brutal". I go: "Dude, that was the first workout, there are at least 4-5 more lol". This was his face:

Why would you scare someone away from the gym by overloading them, on their first workout?
Wasn't overloading anyone, he asked to come to the gym so I can show him some workouts. He came, I showed him all the workouts, he took his notes, and then he asked to workout with me. Not my fault dude couldn't keep up
It this is his first few ever workout, that I would say part of them is your mistake. Because it is not everyone can press or pull or whatever at even 40lbs, 50lbs at the very beginning. If there is some trainer in university, they usually will ask you start from a lower weight that ensure you can do about 3x10, and gradually increasing. Instead of saying that I can do this on 100lbs, so you should able to do it at 50lbs.
Actually I have seen alots of these in many gyms, especially when there is a new dude come with his muscled friend. And putting up a incredibly bad form
Yeah. Sounds to me like you wanted the guy to fail, not to actually help him. Anyway, legs today and I'm pumped yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah.
losing weight is way too easy. i forgot how much of a boss i am at not being tempted by food stuff. i have this loose skin for a reason. and intermittent fasting is just too convenient. i think its a college kid's blessing. my window is only 6 hours long but i might shorten it to 4 since this is such a cake walk and eat like a lion lol. seriously too. i'll just buy a whole rotisserie chicken, and some complex carbs and a few avocados, eat it all and still be under my daily limit at around 10-12 bucks. not bad.
working out fasted is pretty nice, but i think im going to have to take a preworkout for the 1st time in years. im looking at yohimbine HCL from primaforce since it focuses on primarily fasted states and stack it with caffeine and green tea. im not going to go light. im going to do a 5x5 even at a fasted state. compound movements are my life, and i absolutely hate not doing them
I'll be doing this on Saturday
I like watching her squat
they didn't look tight when she stretched at the beginning of the video but she wasn't getting low at all in the squats
Exactly, when she squats, if she tries to go below parallel, you can see her glutes do this weird pop to point more downward, it's a sign of tight hamstrings/hip extensors/glutes.
Also makes you poop like crazy
