I see what you did there! SO FUNNY.

However, I'm surprised you're not sick of sandwiches?! Although, I guess there are so many combinations.

I'm incredibly creative and sneaky, I'm surprised that didn't get passed you.

Can we have make up sex already though? Just do it vicariously through Evan like usual, how quickly can you have him out here?

ugh, this is exactly the reason why I just blend my oatmeal into my breakfast shake now. 3/4ths of the way through a bowl of cooked oats and I am gagging worse than when I sucked my first dick.

I still haven't found the recipe for those Whey pancakes that use vanilla whey, eggs, and oatmeal blended fine in lieu of flour, and water. Hmm lemme look...

Hey wondering if anyone know which is better. I recently dropped from 199lb to 171lb but int he process pretty much lost all my muscle (not that I had much to begin with). I'm still looking to cut off another 10lb or so but figured I should include an exercise regime. I'm currently looking into the Slim in 6 and Power 90 programs but not sure which one is better. Anyone have any experience with either of those?

eh, no real recipe for the pancake. usually i go by the carbs in the oatmeal. i do 2 scoops whey, 1\2cup oatmeal, and 1\3 cup pumpkin. then i just add liquid till i gets the consistency of pancake batter. i guess you can substitute, i started doing this only for the pumpkin, i got a hard on for pumpkin flavor lol.

As for the couscous i use instant, so it cooks fairly quickly. The pearl\Israeli couscous just takes way too long for me.

It's a 1 1\2 cup chicken broth and a cup of instant couscous. i add the turmeric(1\3 tsp) or saffron if you're balling to the stock and bring it to a boil, then i just mix in the couscous. Then you fold in the crasins, raisins, currants, figs w\e. drizzle with some evoo and throw in some almond slivers.

    maybe something like this?

Did you do any weight lifting during the weight loss process? Because when I manage to lose about 10lbs, I didn't lose my muscle. Just constantly doing the weight lifting + sport with alittle bit diet.

Unless you mean the diameter of your arm and leg becomes smaller. This might just because you lose the fat over that portion. Belly fat usually will be the last one to lose

Oh, I didn't measure anything. I just didn't see too much of a change in my waist section and no, I didn't actually do any weight lifting during the process.

So I'm looking through the internet to find a way to train for power snatches... anyone have an idea/know how I can build up to it? I guess I currently have crappy arm strength and explosive power to do anything above 55lbs total (olympic bar).

Also...while looking through the internet for power snatches, I stumbled across box squats. What do you guys think about those? I'm thinking maybe I'll try it after this workout regimen...

    Edit:
    @Kirby
If you've been losing weight by diet alone (no exercise), any form of exercise will stimulate some newbie (muscle) gains. So you may see some increase in muscle and still be losing weight/fat if you do P90x or just lift free weights. I don't know anything about this Slim in 6 thing. What does this "6" refer to, anyway? P90x can be rough, though doable. I have never done it myself so have no idea. If nothing, can lift free weights or do bodyweight exercises on your own.

why not do snatches with kettlebells in gradually increasing amounts until you can move on to a barbell?

No kettleballs at my gym... fail. Dumbbells you think would work?

eh, in that case I'd just do power snatches with a barbell as heavy as you can go (even if it's just the empty bar), and increase the weight whenever you're able. Best way to train the motion is to do that motion, I guess.

When I was trying to learn power cleans I could practice and watch videos, but with explosive moments like that there's really no substitute for doing the real thing.

one thing to note is that with power cleans at least, your form is always a bit wonky if the bar is too light, and some of the more glaring problems I had with the fluidity of the motion were only ironed out once the bar started to get heavy halfway through my warmup sets. If you're having a problem with form and not actually with your ability to lift the weight, then going heavier might actually work to your advantage, but don't hurt yourself lol.
