STF isn't going to do anything. You can ban RMTs all you want to try and stop the sale of gil but in reality there's plenty of sites that every player can use that is run by other players and good luck getting anything done about that.

RMT and boting will always exist nothing anyone does is going to change that.

If you're dumb enough, or desperate enough to buy gil, your dumb enough to let something like that happen. Also, if your dealing with a Chinese RMT, they may have trouble differentiating "Peaches" and "Peachess." I deal with a bunch of very bright Chinese every day, and even they have problems with minor differences like that, so you have safeguards built into the exchange.
