Denver has two games against the Chiefs, home games against the Raiders and Chargers still coming, and a game against the Redskins. They have a home game on Thanksgiving against a Giants team that looks very vulnerable right now, and who the fuck knows which Eagles team is showing up in week 16.
Denver's offense looked terrible against Baltimore, but the Steelers are the last truly special defense Denver's facing this season. Denver's defense against Baltimore did a pretty solid job, considering the field position they were working with and the amount of time on the field. It wasn't pleasant, but I watched that game three times this week (F'ing <3 NFL.com's Game Rewind), and most of Denver's problems really began with their special teams. I still think it's one of the-- if not the-- worst in the NFL.
With that said, Denver has looked bad in two games this year: against Cinci (though they pulled off the win), and against Baltimore... but Denver also played strong against the Patriots, Cowboys and Chargers. I'm sorry, but while I'm not calling Denver for the Super Bowl, or even late into the playoffs, I don't see any way they don't make them. Their schedule is too light, and one bad game does not define a season. The 1985 Bears laid a stinker against the Dolphins; the 1998 Broncos laid a stinker against the Giants; the Patriots frequently struggled against the Dolphins throughout their dynasty run. Every team has a bad game or two throughout the season, but to suddenly "lolDenver won't make the playoffs because they collapsed last year" is... silly.
tl;dr: Denver has an incredibly easy schedule for the rest of the season, and their defense hasn't played a bad game all season. Not expecting Denver in the playoffs is perhaps the worst football prediction I've ever read.
They're only 2 games ahead at this point, so it's not really close to a "worst football prediction ever" title. I can understand how it might be in your eyes though, comparing the team to the 85 Bears and all. I'm absolutely positive the Broncos will end up in the playoffs in some form, but considering recent history, it isn't a stretch to suspect they might lose the division. If Pitt manages to win this week, and the Chargers somehow beat the Giants, that leaves the two at 6-2 and 5-3, respectively.
Considering those two numbers, do you still believe its the worst football prediction you've ever read?
Noooo he is back!

And I'm sure the people who picked the Red Sox over the Yankees after they were down 3-0 in the ALCS was another stupid prediction, or the Chargers storming back to win the division last year.. that was probably a stupid prediction as well. Sure the odds are stacked against the Chargers this year, but what's to stop the Chargers from winning out and the Broncos stumbling against a shitty team? The Broncos are 6-1. I figure if they go 4-5, they'd be in as long as the Chargers don't get ridiculous. No need in calling my 'prediction' stupid. I'm just basing things off history.
Great INT for the Dolphins. :D
A rookie just made Moss look like a god damned fool.
Running really late to the party this week.. damnit!

He sucker punched a cardinal as he was on top of him.
He watched film of Florida/Georgia and thought he could get away with it.
Schaub is playing like Schaub throwing into triple coverage.
Pats are really putting it to the Fins today.. the wildcat does have a presence but it's not doing that much.
