b)stealing info - Freely given to the eGS MMs, he could of just requested them send him it.
c) saying he will hack accounts - Recalling accounts is not hacking, its just knowing the loops in the system no firewall is breached
d)saying he will give out info to others - Random chaos is not illegal.

The 3 laws you should think of that might of even be broken would be laws on data protection (What as I can see from the screenshots given all personal data has been removed from the screenshots so he has followed that law), blackmail and like he pointed out on MMP the blackmail is done to a legal standard (Debt collectors have been accused of blackmail, but those pursuing legal debts are generally able to justify their threats of repossession because, even though it may be unpleasant to the victim, this is a legitimate use of civil law remedies), and ID theft might have the info on a person but is not selling it or pretending to be that person.

So all the laws that might conflict with this have been followed. Also he might not be in a country even with those laws >_>; Who knows....

Go to eGS, search one of the transaction see if it was not him as a MM, ask the seller or buyer to confirm if that was the POL ID....

Unless they do something stupid like release people's names and credit card info, I kind of doubt that the law would do anything about this. It's a lot of hassle for a legal gray area. If they wanted to get everyone banned, they'd just need to release the POL IDs/PWs and any registration codes they have. SE is pretty lazy, so this might not get people banned if they just post it, but I'm sure if they sent enough copies to them then it'd eventually get done.

SE explicitly states that the accounts are not the possessions of the players and that they cannot change hands. SE isn't the law, but I don't know if you any explicit rights to your login/password regardless of how much you paid for it and they certainly think you've got no right to it if you bought it. If SE does all the bannings (entirely in line with the TOS), then I'm not sure what you'd legally charge Bassline with. All EGS sells is account info, gil, and items.
