[Valefor] Damage Inc Endgame

We are a new Endgame Linkshell on Valefor~
Curently recruting a handfull of members. Looking for members who can put some good hours day or night. We are about 14 members at the moment and looking to hit about 25-30 max. We are mostly looking for maybe 1-2 fulltime tanks and a bard. Rest of positions are flexible. Multiple jobs is a plus. At this moment we are starting to find a set schedule for events and will try and have one within a week or so. The rest of the time we will be doing events randomly throught the day if we arent at a HNM or nothing else to do. For more inquirys please visit our new forums currently undergoing construction.

General Membership Requirements:


Main job at Level 75 with all relevant subjobs leveled
High and flexible playtime
Our expectations of our members include:

Willingness to drop everything ingame when the LS needs you; those who can not comply with this need not apply.
Willingness to be part of the team even when you may not personally profit from an event
Willingness to work hard to further ourteam and accomplish new goals. If you are just out to acquire personalwealth or rare items you need not apply. Everything in our organizationis based on solid teamwork and regulated by a participation pointssystem. There are amazing opportunities available to our members but donot expect to earn such great rewards without constant effort and highperformance.
Members are expected to do what it takes to get the job done. Our loyalty is to our Linkshell and our members. Our actions and efforts will always put the linkshell first.

Upon acceptance into the LS, new members are placed on a probationary status. These new recruits are free to participate in all LS events on trial for one month. Everything the applicant does will be closely monitored and discussed by the officers of the LS. When the time comes to decide if the recruit will be accepted into full fledged membership, leaders and LS members will discuss their observations together.
