Serious question, for years as a child I used white sugar as a sweetener for teas, drinks, etc. As I got older I switched to honey, but in some cases it takes 4x the amount of honey to sweeten a drink, plus it costs a lot more.
Then I switched to Stevia, which I've been using ever since. I don't like the aftertaste of it, (which is mildly blank I think). But knowing there are little-to-no bad things about it such as side effects (such also Sweet-n-low which tastes like utter crap). It just seems like the better choice, health wise.
So back to my question, which do you use and why?
