bacon is delicious in any form where it's true bacon. However, I'd rather eat chewy than crispy.

If I have a choice I do 2 chewy one crispy then eat them in an alternating order, but I like the flavor of chewy bacon and I get to enjoy it more instead of killing a lot of it by making it crunchy
