There is already much love in this thread for Batman: The Animated Series, so I will only say that it is excellent. It's kind of film noir, and the storylines are clever, and the voicework is just amazing. I picked up the boxsets hella cheap a few years ago from HMV.
"The Batman" is kind of a more recent re-imagining... trying to be more contemporary and take the same material in a different direciton than TAS did. Which to be fair, it has to, because why try and do the same thing again? I didn't fall in love with it, and haven't been following it, so I can't say much more than that.
Batman: The Brave and the Bold is not the same as Batman: TAS but it is HILARIOUS. It has a very serious-face Batman but the whole thing is very tongue in cheek. People seem to love it or hate it. I think the people who hate it just dont get it. There is a musical episode guest-starring Neil Patrick Harris as a villain. What more do you want?

Anyway, I've seen 5 animated series so far.
Batman The Animated Series - By far the best to me.
The New Batman Adventures - Didn't see a lot of it, wasn't too bad I guess
Batman Beyond - Sorta like The New Batman Adventures, but in the future. Wasn't my thing since I'm not a huge future/sci-fi person.
The Batman - Meh... didn't care a lot for it. Though I will admit I didn't see a lot of it either.
Batman: The Brave and the Bold - Oldschool at it's best.
The new Batman Adventures was kind of lame. It started off as the Batman/Superman adventures. A lot of the episodes were pretty stand alone and lacked substance. When the series spun off into the new adventures, the writers stayed the same and every episode felt like filler. Only good thing was the updated looks to some of the villains. (Scarecrow and Poison Ivy looked the best)
Batman Beyond is underrated which is probably why it got mashed up with Justice League. I liked the little story arcs that showed what happened to characters like Bane, Harley Quinn, Barbara Gordon, Mister Freeze, and the Justice League in the future. One of the best parts were the crossovers with Justice League and the series finale that was meant to be the series finale to both shows.
I'm kind of surprised nobody mentioned the two Justice League series that Batman starred in. Sure he's not hopping across rooftops and scaring the shit out of thugs, but it's good ol' crazy Bruce being fearless and takes his overall badassness to a whole new level. I distinctly remember an episode where he was stuck in the future and met his future self. They had to track down a henchman and Batman tried to interrogate him but the thug wasn't scared and his older future self started beating the shit out of the guy until he finally talked and looked at his past self wondering if he was really that soft back then.
.... good times....
Justice League was good to I guess, however I'm not a huge comic nut so meh.
