As for now i am not that much impressed with the game, maybe it's because i'm only in world 3 or that i'm playing solo.

The game is good but it's not awsome like SMB3 or Super mario world

Just played this at a friend's place. We had 3 people total. Holy crap it's so much fun. The whole time we were fighting over the powerups, throwing each other off ledges, and just messing around. Lots of swearing but definitely fun as hell.

I like how nintendo is still a household name for some of those who dont really know much about video games.

my mom still goes around and calls my playstation a nintendo, etc.

I also like how, at this time (of the video) nobody knows who mario or nintendo is, and now almost everybody I know has played or knows about a mario game.

on a relevant note, im semi excited about mario bros wii, but Ill be honest, I hate 3d on 2d platformers. I just wish they could do a capcom/megaman9 route and make it all with SMW or SMB3 graphics. preferrably SMB3. it just had that magic about it

So I've found a 'quick save', and you get prompted for a save after the half-castle / main castle has been beaten. Is there any other way to save? I'd hate to keep playing until a castle, when all I want to do is play a few levels.

You get a full save feature when you beat the game.

Going to play this with the kids this weekend, considering how much they loved the NSMB for DS, I'm sure they'll have a blast with this, I'm really looking forward to when they realize they can kill each other.

Just finished playing with my mom and my little sister, was awesome.

My mom caused more harm than good by half the time jumping in front of people or standing on ledges, we ended up throwing her off ledges for the lulz, was pretty funny.

We gave her all the propeller suits and she would spent the entire time spinning through the air on all the maps going "Wheeeeee!" lol
