Fixing up an old PSP, buying legit Memory Sticks/Batteries?

Alright, so I'm fixing up my old 1000 to play homebrew for the GF, but we're also trying to save a tiny bit of cash. Anyone know legit websites that tell them for cheap? Weary of ordering from ebay since we have no idea on these things

The back of the original PSP-1000 batteries will say "3.6v 1800mAh" on the front, and will have the model number PSP-110. They are Li-ion battery packs, which should also help your search. Ebay is probably the best bet for a used battery, though you can buy replacement 3rd party fat batteries. Often these will be sold as "Pandora compatible" (or even already pandorised, you don't want one of these).

As far as memory sticks go, you'll want a Pro Duo, Magic Gate compatible memory stick. I'd say stick to Sonys, and buy from as reputable seller as possible to avoid the chance of getting a fake. Many ebay and Amazon stores will sell ridiculously cheap sticks, but these are usually crappy fakes which wont run games very well which are saved on the stick.
You get what you pay for here, and skimping might come back and bite you in the ass by getting an inferior product.
