Maybe its the case I have (just a rubber one) on the Droid, but its absolutely not the same size as my Iphone (staring at them both right now).

The Iphone doesn't feel nearly as bulky in jeans either.

Edit - Took this case off (had it on since the dude handed me the phone at Verizon), and it is much, MUCH better off.

It's definitely not. Look at the actual specs in Celeras's post, the phones are almost exactly the same size. The only difference is the thickness at the edges, which is all keyboard and battery.

Hate for the droid? why lol shits great, and my network is better too.
It is a little big, I could care less.

Both are good phones, but facts are that the droid is a stronger phone at this point in time, maybe not for apps(as the I phone has been out much longer then droid phones)but in case of power/screen(thats a big one), flash coming out sooner on the droid systems and what not.

if you want to see a bucnh of stuff then this is a decent review of both. This was before the droid itself came out so some things have been answered such as yes you can use it as a modem.

key selling for me to not change to AT&T for the Iphone was, the screen, better MP, Flash, and we can not forget a better network. I do not really use my ipod anymore too so thats a plus that worked out well. The Iphone I am willing to bet is better with music tho ~_~

Stumbled upon 2 really nice apps today
Qik: allows you to stream live video online from your phone. Allowing anyone to watch live (about a 5 second delay).

Gmote: allows you to browse, open, play and control media on your PC. Also has an option to use the touch screen as your PC mouse as well as a virtual keyboard

Also, had the exact same glitch with my messages that my ENTIRE inbox got deleted. As an interesting side to said glitch; when I would try to send a text message to a certain person, it would instead go to another random person on my contact list. I'm using the built in messaging program too.

That's the first I've heard it happening... What apps do you have installed? And have you done a factory reset?

And I agree, where the fuck is 2.1? Bring on the multi-touch.
