I program games for a living and I love it when people hack the games we make. It's rewarding to know that someone likes your game that much, and it helps you find out where you went wrong.

I'm sorry you don't like windower, but that's the best part. You're not forced to use it. But I'd appreciate it if you kept your negativity to yourself, unless you're a windower dev or a game developer (or work for SE).

But I guess that's the miracle of the internet. Everyone is free to voice their opinions whenever :/

This is what I find most funny. Who's to say it was 'taken' from anything? People were asking for a filter in-game and even asked SE directly, and they said they'll work on it and now we got it, what proof is there that SE took it from 'windower'?

Honestly, a lot of the time developers have an outline of development, if a 3rd party comes out with something first doesn't exactly mean the developers are copying them if they come out with it afterwords..it just means they were beaten to the punch.
