The delay seems interesting. If I am not mistaken, it is slightly higher than Algol, which means you should only need a Rose Strap for a 6 hit build, freeing up neck and 2nd ring slot.

Depended on what you can add to it, it could be better than Naglering.

Could it be? haste gear for pets outside of expansion headpiece? I have the anwig +5% pet haste, this belt makes +13% haste on automatons (with anwig and relic hands), and up to how much with 3x turbo charger? I think +38%. Great with bst too considering the 100% tp needed to use ready.

1 less haste than the swift belt, but no attack -5 and gain+5 haste for your pet. Looks like a good exchange overall.
