All the new lottery NMs just seem evil. I've had terrible luck and really long lotteries

Camped Habergoass against last night. Last pop for me was around 8:30-9pm est. No drop, of course. By 3:30am, no pop, so I go to bed. According to timestamp, someone came and got it to pop about an hour after I fell asleep.

Spent about an hour down in mamook, after killing Venomfang, looking for Firedance Magmaal Ja. Was expecting a timed repop considering the shit it takes to get there, nope. Its a lotto, presumably in the G-8 room (and I'm talking in the TS area, all the way near Gulool).

edit: lol ronin, did you guys get it to pop, or didnt attempt to?

I saw the level of the mobs and knew id be unlikely to get back there with the amount of true sight in the way -.-

I've just lost claim on habergoass against a jp couple, I asked for repop time and they answered it's 90-240mins, anybody can confirm this ? since I saw it took almost more than 4 hrs to pop for somebody

If it's a true lottery, like most of these seem to be then it's usually 60-90 min after pop -> theoretically 5 years.

Lotteries usually pop in like 1-3 hours of killing PH but if you go no pop for 9 hours it's just bad luck.

This Screams Spurrer Beret. Unless the undiscovered troll happens to be a pup, I was thinking this guy is the most likely candidate. Hell, even if the troll happens to be a pup, it's likely to drop Pygme Sainti.

Is there any way to get on that map without passing like 10-12 meripo mamool ja? Worse comes to worse I might take a dual box out there and just powder boots to a safe spot for a death and raise. >.>

He pops at H-10 on the ledge.

Assumably (by no means proven) he drops one of the latent effect earrings. either the nin or thf i'd say, depending on what job he is.

Both the Thief and Ninja earrings drop off other NMs.

He might just be an aptant NM then. none of the other earrings found thus far match with any tonberry job.
Only drops not accounted thus far that may fit with a tonberry job/mob would be the Octant(thf rng bow) and the Lyft weapons. He doesnt seem to fit with the rest of the Lyft weapon mobs though. Their PHs have been T-IT mobs, or spawned around them.

I'm going to go for goblin trap possibly tonight, but I'm really wondering how good that fenrir's crown is for fenrir I really hope it gives some awesome boost to fenrirs eclipse bites <3

Forgot to add to post earlier. Has anyone got any personal experiences with Hovering Hotpot? I've been camping this SOB for almost a week and haven't even seen it. And when I go down there, no one is ever there.

killed pico no drop though spawned camped for only a few minutes since i logged off near there. Seems quite squishy a 65mnk/dnc and his/her npc died to it, i think he was just in the area but happened to stumble upon it too. I killed it as smn/whm. P claw hitting around 1k ish.
