Go to (I-9), and drop down the two torches on the SE Torches on that little circle. Once you drop down, just follow the path. The room should have Doom Demons and Arch Demons in there. Its a confirmed lotto pop, just don't know when the repop is, etc.

Incase people are just tuning in, this is for a NM that drops Astrolabe (+3 accuracy, STR+1) Ammo piece, level 70.
