He gets hundred fists speed during BW so he regens alot... pretty annoying

Get's paralyze aura during BW also possibly... gotta double check tho

Killed the Eyegouger NM posted Last page in Battallia. No Drop, However.

It is a Lottery spawn off one of the Three birds surrounding the Hill @ H-8. Can spawn anywhere around the Hill.
