It seems they do have some hidden effects. Lyft Voulge gave me STR+1, not sure if there is anything else yet.

There is a 1-base-damage lvl75 "broken name" weapon for each of the new "aern weapons." For example, Edgeless Dagger which drops off the mithra fomor. And the equivalent would be the Machismo dagger.

Meanwhile the Lyft weapons are all level 73 and come with stats. And per what the poster above said, they have some sort of latent behavior going on.

I thought maybe they would have something to do with the "aern weapons," but while there are only 5 aern weapons, there are like what--eight+ lyft weapons? So maybe entirely unrelated.

My next guess was that they will be (for some reason) some of the better upgradeable weapons offered by synergy (since not all items will be synergize-able), when added in the follow-update.

But if they've got latents showing up already then I'm not so sure about that either *shrug*

the 1 damage set of weapons, so far is there only 1 of each on each fomor? seems ive only read about maybe 4 being found so far. was interested in getting my hands on the scythe but i havent come across any info.

Found Laelaps on accident, and he is a hound. He was on/around H-8 on Map 3 of eldime Necropolis (S).. There was a bunch of hell hounds and Revnants around him so I didnt even try, i was just exploring. I don't know what he drops or anything cause i didnt try to fight him. But thought you all may wanna know. Its on the path like you were going to Battillia downs (the island). So if you wanna go check it out, have fun.

Did a bit more testing with the Lyft Voulge. It seems that it is actually .75 STR per party member in the zone, and alliance members don't count. With a full pt I got +4 STR.

This guy popped up when I was farming a coffer key from the Goblin Drop side. Spawned after killing the Demons in the room. Logged out there before maintenance, checked afterwards and he was already up.

He favoured using aero3 and areoga2 on my second fight. Was easy enough to stun -ga with Violent Flourish. Handled just like the other demons in the room so maybe roughly the same level range as them. 63 Limit Points and 163 Gil.

Drop: Yellow Brass Chain (currently 1/2 on drop)

After googling I found somebody posted a synth recipe containing the chain to make the Menetrier's Alb:

Lottery spawn (replacement spawn? was already up when I went looking around) from the Ba in the area near the entrance to Eldieme. There are two Ba west of the hill, two east, and one south. The south one is the placeholder.

Seems to have a certain amount of TP regain.
Always uses Blind Side Barrage immediately followed by Broadside Barrage.

Has ~6800 HP

66 xp for lvl 75.

I'm exhausted, maybe I'll continue on Hoar tomorrow. Heres what I've deciphered as far as shared spawns go.

273-Tonberry Shadower: Spawns on the bottom, outside
274-Hoar-knuckled Rimberry: NM, only sighting was on the bottom outside
275-Tonberry Jinxer: bottom, spawns in a room
276-Tonberry Chopper: bottom, spawns in a room
277-Tonberry Chopper: middle, patrols around
278-Tonberry Shadower: middle, eastern room
279-Tonberry Chopper: middle, western room
280-Tonberry Shadower: top, patrols around
281-Tonberry Jinxer: top, in room 4 I think
282-Tonberry Shadower: top room 2
283-Tonberry Chopper: top room 3
Rooms go 1-2-3-4 from east to west (left to right when facing out)

When I decided it would be a good idea to figure out which spawns are shared, that whore PH stopped popping, what a hoar

If someone wants to carry on my work and figure out which group the PH/NM belongs to, pleeease do. If you kill in group order, you should be able to easily figure out where the NM/273 belong. And for shits n giggles, my Rancor went from 100 dmg grudges to 700. My mule, who I never bothered to clear (who cares they'll never get hate, right...), got TAed on and rocked for 2280 damage lol.

So I went back to Ordelles, take another shot at Donggu.

The first presumed PH has not respawned at all, in 4 hours. The 4 under have though. hmm

Back, before bed, PH#1 is back up. I think its one of those situations where the game will let you know the window is open? ...And it never repopped? I suspect multiple pop locations. I cant sleep till I check!!!

Do you know if the DMG on the increased kick attacks is stronger then the dune boots DMG or weaker like the rest of the kicking boots?
