Why would SE create a NM that could be Debuffed? Everyone knows Debuffs, and Enfeebling magic as a whole was a big mistake by SE's part, and to make up for it every mob they create is immune to them all =D

Unlocked ApRadar has the death point here at the very southernmost part of F-7, pretty much middle of the grid as East-West goes.

They tend to wander into the South section of F-7 and north side of F-8. That or their spawn locations are spread wide.

Theres one in the E/F-7/8 area, which I think is the PH. Then theres another far east in the F/G-7/8 area.

I wasn't actually there when it spawned (hence where the other thf had died holding it and running up to tag it) because I was down at the e-10 area by the QSC entrance killing the one there that spawns all over the damned map thinking it was the PH because of the dat placement theory.

does it spawn off Teir I or Teir II Rafflesia, its in Fort K-N (S) is all i know, thanks

According to the dat lists, it spawns far north, off jumbos. When I tried popping it, it was day one or two, hadnt spawned, no record of it as dead either.
