FFXI New NMs 11/9/09

Seems to be the PH. The one at the F-7/E-7 borderline repoped after i saw the NM up.

Ok, based on what my girlfriend and I just went through, the PH is the one in the south, and it pops up at E/F-7/8. What she noticed is that the one that pops through the tunnel/up on the cliff and the one that pops around D-10 are the same mob, it just pops either up on the cliff or down at D-10. She started killing that mob, and right when the one in the south would have popped, the NM popped at the line between E-7 and E-8. Also, 1/1!

That's what it seems like. The RDM that showed up was in the process of killing one of the mobs in the north, and the other one in the north was still up. Just before he killed that mob the NM popped, which was right when the bird in the south would have repopped. So that's what makes sense to me. It does really fucking suck to know that we just wasted 9 hours though.

It was 6 or so mobs, so not very many. I would post a pic, but lol360 and my gf doesn't know how to take a pic with windower.

1/3 on both Blighting Brand and Eldritch Edge.

I'm assuming I got lucky on those drops and SE has decided it's time for some payback. 0/15 on Goaftrap. xD

Edit: Apologies, miscounted earlier. Make that 0/21 on Goaftrap. 7 times with TH4, 1 time with TH3. This is ridiculous.

1/22. Now for Goblintrap. What sort of drop rates should I be expecting here? -.-

How hard was the NM? Can it be solo-ed or is a duo/party required to bring it down?

Anyone deal w/ Habergoass yet? Thing takes hours and hours to pop. Want them for my 5 min footwork + asuran (20 acc 20 attack during footwork latent shoes). Some guy said he got 3 in a row at 90 minsish each, but whenever I camp it that thing takes 3-4 hrs to pop.

I've been hearing timed, but at the time I was camping it, I didn't know what it was, so I killed all the mandies just to be sure. Out of the two times, neither took longer than 2hrs to pop
