Adding files to a .iso

How do you go about adding files to a .iso?

UltraISO can work with ISO files directly, but you have to pay for it. 7zip file manager (or probably WinRAR as well) can just extract the contents of an ISO, you can add the files you want, and then recreate a new ISO if that's what you're after.

If it's a bootable iso, like say a windows install that'll later be burned, you'll have to take extra steps to make sure it's bootable
