I was in that legion for less than two days. I talked to (in any capacity) about 3 other people total: Maddog, Ziahli, and Aruba (who I helped duo Sky Temple in the middle of the fucking night looking for some crafting mat)

Go look up the screenshot where I posted the Dolan's Warhammer. I got that while I was talking to Sesshy about leaving Hydra for Shadow Legion, then returned to Primum, made the legion switch, socketed it, and went back to Mist Mane with Shadow Legion. A day after I was kicked, I applied to Utopian Knights and joined on the 22nd.

My original goal for this post was to scrutinize Priran's remarks point by point. Unfortunately, Priran's focus wanders so wildly that he never actually finishes any of his points. I think you will notice this in the ensuing discussion. Let me get to the crux of the matter: It is in Priran's nature to be a deceiver and a destroyer and a bloodsucker. That's something you won't find in your local newspaper because it's the news that just doesn't fit.

Priran denies ever having tried to prime the pump of antinomianism. I assume he's merely trying to cover his posterior, as the truth is that I can no longer get very excited about any revelation of Priran's hypocrisy or crookedness. It's what I've come to expect by now. Okay, now it's time to offend a few people. Actually, I hope not to offend anyone, although he will probably never understand why he scares me so much. And Priran indeed does scare me: His lamentations are scary, his principles are scary, and most of all, he has repeatedly been spotted turning hedonists loose against us good citizens. When questioned about that, he either denies any knowledge of it or offers unbelievable and ludicrous explanations that only a stupid, prissy sot could believe.

Priran is obviously trying to sacrifice our essential liberties on the altar of political horse-trading, and unless we act now, he'll unquestionably succeed. It's his belief that my posts demonstrate a desire to force onto us the degradation and ignominy that he is known to revel in. I can't understand how anyone could go from anything I ever wrote to such a boisterous, bad-tempered idea. In fact, my posts generally make the diametrically opposite claim, that Priran's goal is to destabilize the already volatile social fabric that he purportedly aims to save. This is abject revanchism! I'm not writing this post for your entertainment. I'm not even writing it for your education. I'm writing it for our very survival. I'd like to finish with a quote from a private e-mail message sent to me by a close friend of mine: "Priran's loud fantasy fits neatly into his humorless model of society".
