I just reread this thread and every time someone said the word "emo" it reminded me of how Eanae was fucking bawling for two days straight about how his name got stolen because he tried to be a pompous ass on Aionsource. I think all of us - especially after playing FFXI - have seen this kind of drama (and perhaps being responsible at times for it) over and over. You do get a sense of deja vu. Like a 'what the fuck am I doing typing angrily about pixels...again'! Especially when you get older in MMO-years (if you began at 18 like me and are 24 now... for example).

And then over time you just don't give a fuck anymore and mellow out.
