I woke up to the sound of an arrogant fuck banging the fuck out of my goddamn door. Ontop of that, the dogs were going fucking crazy. Sick as balls I stumble to my feet. Wrapping myself with only a white t, some cargo shorts and my blanket I made my way to the door. There stood a tough badass looking fuck of a cop staring at me.

I was arrested for harassment. I walked into the jail house barefooted, sat and froze my balls off for 4 hours before being booked and placed in a cell yard with 15 other inmates whom were actually criminals.

My ex girlfriend from way back in May and I had been talking last month, even recent as about 2 weeks ago. I texted her about once a day always around 3am-5am and basically sadface'd her. I never got a response asking me to stop. This went on for about a month starting at I'd say mid October. Yesterday morning I received a text from my ex's mom begging me to stop texting her. We had a chat and it was going okay at first, she was asking what I wanted and I informed her at first. Being a depressed emo 20 yr old I only wanted my ex to talk to me one last time and that'd be that. We were best friends up until the beginning of September.

So eventually her mom begins to try and reach out to me. I reject her and tell her she can't do anything for me except allow her daughter to speak with me once more. She refuses and then gets angry. She starts talking shit. In response I talk shit and I pwn her fucking face through and through. The following day, today I'm arrested for harassment charges and basically her mom said I stalked both of them.

BG Lawyers I seek your advice. I've no idea who actually filed the charges, be it her mom or my ex herself(doubt it) This is my first time EVER being in trouble with the law. I have no record at all. I'm not really sure what to expect but would greatly appreciate any insight. As far as harassing her I somewhat admit though 1 text every 1-3 days is hardly harassment in my mind. I had no intentions of trying to 'win her back' it was over and I was only having a hard time moving on.

Get actual legal help, not BG. Cause from my reading of this, you do sound almost stalkerish. Odds are she kept the texts so won't look good that you're texting her every day at 3am without her responding.

Seems a little extreme to be booked and charged off of a phone call and text messages you perceive as not being threatening. They had to have had some sort of incriminating evidence or the cops are fucked and you can take them to civil court. Something tells me there is more than meets the eye here as we only have one side of the story.

Your first step is to hire a defense lawyer. If you have to take public representation you're pretty much fucked.

unfortunately i'm not leaving out any juicy details. the worst thing i said to her mom when we started arguing was 'have fun trying to like her new boyfriend when he can't even make her cum during sex with his tiny ass dick' reason i said this is because when my ex and i dated for 3 years her mom hated me the whole time cause we fucked for the first time. the time we talked about 2 weeks ago she was telling me that her and her new bf had sex and he failed horribly and that his dick was super small.
