As far as the whole being arrested thing. It has come to my attention that the whole thing was false accusations. Basically it was a she said he said type thing resulting in me being charged wrongfully, arrested AND booked for 6hours with absolutely no proof. I am astonished that just because some crazy psycho bitch calls the police and says 'this kid is harassing me' things turned out the way they did. As of right now the charges haven't been dropped because they're still pending an investigation I'm assuming. However my point is that I was placed in jail with absolutely no evidence what so ever. The basis for my arrest was solely derived around her saying I was harassing them.

They have evidence.. the mother showed them the damn text message with sexually explicit comments in regards to her daughter. That's all she needed. Contact you're phone company, get a copy of your text messages from them, and take them as proof for whatever.

You were taken in not because you were indeed guilty or even a threat, but because the cops are supposed to take you in. There's a chance you COULD be so they have to protect the peace. That's their job.

You will have your chance to argue your side of the story. Taking your phone records would at least show it was provoked. You're still in the wrong though.

Honestly you took a situation that should have been over and done with and dragged it out. Granted they are taking a bit of a severe stance by calling the cops. But if they told you to leave her alone and you're still sending texts, that does constitute harassment. Is it a monumental waste of tax money to send a cop to your house, yup. But let's be blunt here. None of us know you. You could end up snapping, kidnapping the bitch, raping her, killing her, and eating the body.
