I don't know the answer to this yet myself. They wouldn't tell me who filed charges they just kept saying 'you can't talk to her family again' knowing my ex (and best friend of 3 years) I highly doubt she filed the charges. I really do not recall any specific event that would have turned her from telling me really personal info (like she usually does) to asking her mom to intervene.

I really think she's messed up in the head, her mom has a history of mental disorders she used to be on medication for and as of May I have seen rather similar symptons from the ex. I won't get into that though.

call your phone company and have them send the judge/lawyer handling your case, your text records im sure they have all that shit on document for a while, or atleast the fact that there was no text sent back to you, if theres not text from her to you there was no point where she told you to "stop texting her" that would be your best defense just dont be a douche in court or you're fucked dude, good luck

Thanks. Also, I was texting her mom because she has texted me a few times in the past and we have a history of bickering at one another. The last time I talked to her was trying to ask for my nintendo back I let her younger son borrow with about 50 NES games. She told me she threw it away. In response I told her jesus was dead and she needed to move on.
