Black people love chicken because historically it was one thing they could have that the white man couldn't. Only black people were fast enough to catch the chicken where as the whiteman had to make do with much slower but less tasty animals such as cows.

The whiteman couldn't let black people see how much he envied his ability to catch the tasty food and that's why to this day every McDonnalds commercial is full of white people with the fakiest smiles you'll ever see. You just know those people want themselves some tasty chicken.

So I just got back from the lawyer's office and I finally got a chance to look at her statement when she pressed charges on me. Not word for word but close enough:

"Ever since May 1st through November my ex boyfriend has been calling me and texting me nonstop despite my friends and family telling him to stop. I fear that if I ignore this any longer that he will come to my school and harm me."

When the lawyer read it I burst into laughter, though it may have been rude my mom did the same thing.

We basically came to the conclusion that my ex girlfriend is making up a fuck load of bullshit to cover for what she did behind her mom's back. However, unbeknownst to me my ex told my mom on one of the days (after we broke up and she would come to spend the night at my house) that it was because her mom said she would not pay for her college if she stayed with me.

After hearing that the plan switched dramatically. She's trying to hide everything she's ever said about her mom and play it off as if I'm the bad guy. Well the good news is that I'm a very open person and I have about 20 people listed that my ex AND I talked to about her crazy her mom was. (thus proof my ex talked shit about her mom all the time)

The real argument is that I have been texting her non stop without her permission since May. Due to my open mind though I have another list of 20 or so friends who can testify she would text me and we would have up to hour long conversations on the phone daily between May and November.

I also printed out some status comments on one of her facebook statuses stating that her boyfriend would be in town at said location, date and time. Thus proving I didn't stalk her or her boyfriend that day.

In the end, it's still a he said she said dispute and there's no sure win in this because it's up to a prick fucker judge to decide who he wants to believe. Though that is why I'm bringing so many people to testify against this outrageous bullfuck. (also my ex told pretty much everything to my entire family so they will be there too)

I'm betting that with so many people there to testify against her (she hates when people think lowly of her) she's going to crack on the stand and break down like the little bitch she is. Though because it's not set in stone I'm still a little nervous.

Also nothing was said about the mom at all. Nothing at all was charged against me by the mom, it was solely the ex girlfriend.

Anyways, might not want to do that facebook thing.......... as it shows you didn't stalk her boyfriend in locations he would be in, bringing in a fuckton of facebook comments only show you pretty much stalked her online and wasnt that the original issue here?

Get your phone records from your phone company. Your monthly bill may be enough to at least show that it was a two way dialog. That shouldl show length of calls to her number, and texts to and from your phone.

Submit your phone as evidence if you haven't erased all the messages.

Basically she screwed herself with the time frame she put as her statement. This is because her mom never knew at all we talked from May til about September. After September I told her mom personally and that's when shit hit the roof (purposely) So when she's on the stand saying 'we all told him to stop calling but he never did' my lawyer can be like 'yea except you still talked to him for hours behind your mom's back regardless, how do we know you're not lying now?"

If she has him friended on facebook, any comments she makes shows on his page. Most people have it set so you can't even see comments unless you friend them. The more damning thing to her would be for him to print out his friends list, showing her on his list since she has to accept it for them to be friends. As someone also said, bring the cell bill to show it was a two way street on calls and texts.

You've all but admitted guilt in the thread and even posting a pic of the girl's mom in the thread will cement the reckless and sad behaivor you are having. You show no morose at your actions, feel they are justified, and give a sign that you have no plans to learn from this.
